Frequently Asked Questions 

1) How long is the shipping?

Please allow around 5-7 working days for the making of your order and delivery within the UK.

Any orders outside of the UK can take up to 14 additional days for international orders to be delivered. This is due to the couriers delivery timeframe, orders are made within the same time frame but they take longer to be delivered. 

2) What are your sizes?

Our sizes are based on the UK standard sizes ranging from size 6-16. For any custom/made to measure request's, please feel free to email us on us on hello.imalushbeach@gmail.com

3) What is the process of a custom order?

Please email over your request with how you would like to customise your order, we will need your bra size if you wish to customise your bikini top as an example and other sizes that we will need will depend on what you would like to change. For a bigger bikini top, we would create a sample for you which is included in the cost and once you are happy with the fit we will send out the final custom sized top in the exact design that you ordered.

4) Are the bikinis double layered?

Yes, all of our bikinis are double layered!!

5) What is the best way to wash the pieces?

All items are hand washable. 

 6) What is the returns/exchange policy?

Due to all of our items being handmade, we have a no refund policy.

We have a 14 days (UK) & 30 days (International) exchange policy on any items that you require to exchange, the items must be returned unworn and unused. The tags must be attached and in its original packaging.

Any bikini bottoms that you wish to exchange must be returned with the hygiene label sticker intact and on the clothing, in order for us to consider the item as being exchangeable in the same condition.

hello.imalushbeach@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you information & instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.
